Well this month did end up being busier than expected, but it was good. We went with my mom, two of my brothers and my youngest sister to Virginia for a week. We took my middle brother back to Liberty after his spring break. I didn't get to visit much with him while he was here because he was visiting other family and friends, so it was nice on the drive down to be able to catch up a little and talk. Grain-Free No-Bake Cookies
Today we had some friends come over for a playdate. I wasn't sure what I was going to make for a snack until I remembered all the shredded coconut I have in the pantry. We haven't made these in a while, so I figured it was a good time to test the recipe again to make sure I had it right. "Cheesey" Sausage and Broccoli Soup
We have just started thawing out, here in Michigan. Our yard is still covered by a good foot and a half of snow, but we can see dirt in our driveway. Yesterday we walked to get the mail and Seth wanted to dig in the small amount of dirt he seen,he was rather shocked at how cold it still was. See that brown line, it is dirt!!
