Avocado Chocolate Quinoa Muffins The first time we made these chocolate quinoa muffins, I let my boys eat them for lunch. Oh. my. goodness. You should have been at our house yesterday at nap time.... Actually, naptime itself was good,it was the waking up part that wasn't so great. Our naptime schedule goes something like this, nurse Cameron and lay him down, spend fifteen to twenty minutes reading with Seth, lay down with Seth, take a twenty minute nap, get up a do things while the boys sleep. What We Accomplished In March
Well this month did end up being busier than expected, but it was good. We went with my mom, two of my brothers and my youngest sister to Virginia for a week. We took my middle brother back to Liberty after his spring break. I didn't get to visit much with him while he was here because he was visiting other family and friends, so it was nice on the drive down to be able to catch up a little and talk.
