Two weekends ago I went to Doula Training. West Michigan doesn't have any DONA training centers, so I headed to The Center for the Childbearing Year in Ann Arbor. Patty Brennan, author of The Doula Business Guide and Whole Family Recipes: For The Childbearing Year and Beyond, was one of the instructors and the facilitator. Tests and Disappointments
Yesterday Seth had an appointment with a pediatric endocrinologist. We were referred there by his pediatrician who is concerned about his small stature. I have done lots of reading and research on slow growth, children's digestive systems and healthy thyroid function. I had a list of things I wanted drawn if we were going to need blood drawn.
