Happy Belated Thanksgiving!! I hope you enjoyed your long weekend with family and friends, I know we did. We met some goals that weren't on this list this month, like stocking our freezer with venison. What Makes Me Happy?
Last week Erica from Raising Munchies invited me to share what/where my happy place is. Erica and I have a lot in common. 1 Week Grain Free- A Momma Update
So it has been one week since I found out for certain that grains, cabbage, strawberries and rooibos tea don't agree with me. It has been easier than I thought it would be to get back into the swing of cooking and eating grain free. Honestly the strawberries and rooibos tea have been the hardest things to give up- we used strawberries in all our smoothies and strawberry jam is so good on pancakes. How We've Been Doing
Today I thought I would give you an update on our family. So here is what and how we've been to the last few weeks. :) What has Ben been doing? Basketball practices started a few weeks ago, so Ben has two nights a week that he is in charge of a team of JV boys. Our local homeschool basketball team has really grown sober the last year, but Ben did lose a couple of his players last year, so this year he has to reorganize the team and get the guys into a rhythm.
