This year has seemed extremely fast to me, watching Andrew grow from a preemie of 35 weeks into a toddler; helping Cameron transition from toddlerhood to preschooler- teaching shapes and numbers, and hopefully instilling character into his little heart and mind; starting 1st grade homeschool with Seth- learning his learning methods, celebrating with him as he met his goals, praying with him, and for him, and teaching him how to pray; trips and memories with Ben, celebrating seven years of marriage, and going through the fun of a broken foot and disability. I know our little family has had several ups and downs, just like yours has.
I’ve created a post sharing the top ten posts each year here on Surviving Toddlerhood for the past three years, and I am excited to see how things change, but how they also stay the same. This year with motherhood and life I wasn’t able to share as many things as I was hoping with you, but the posts that I did share you all loved and shared yourselves. Thanks so much for that encouragement to keep writing and sharing what I love and am learning with you all!
Here are the posts that YOU picked as your favorite in 2016.
Let’s start with the healthy recipes {these are all Trim Healthy Mama, and some are GAPS approved as well} :
This is still our favorite waffle recipe. I have tried freezing them and they hold up well in the freezer.
Yummy, yummy muffins. Filling and chocolate filled, especially when you add in those chocolate chunks.

These mocha doughnuts have a yummy easy to make chocolate frosting that only needs coconut cream and chocolate. The perfect weekend treat!
This is my version of Nutella. Only two ingredients needed!!
This recipe is a warm and filling winter breakfast, and if you add in the gelatin or collagen can also help heal leaky gut.

I hope that you like the waffles, if you aren’t grain free, or gluten free, already, they will probably take a bit of adjusting to. 🙂
