If you have been here a while, or if you know me in real life, you know that I like to get rid of things. I like to think we are half-minimalist. :-) I don't think a completely minimalist lifestyle would work well for us at this point, but I have cut our wardrobes down a lot and gotten rid of a lot of toys that I didn't like {just being honest :)} or the boys didn't play with. {this post contains affiliate links, to read the full disclosure click here} We have also gone through our ... continue reading...
Bumpdate: 12 Weeks
Today marks twelve weeks of pregnancy with BabyT#3. I'm giving in to peer pressure and sharing an update of how this pregnancy is going and what is happening at different stages with baby. :) This is what my bump looks like after a run or workout: I think it shows a little better then because of muscle use and relaxation. I bought a doll at our local consignment shop and wrapped it up with an ultrasound picture I had gotten earlier that day. I didn't get the reaction that I was hoping from Seth, I thought he would be a little more dramatic, but it was still fun, and I'm glad I recorded it. So here it is if you want to watch. :-) [youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oFH2Q-id7eM] ... continue reading...

This recipe was created by my desire for a few things: 1. Chocolate for breakfast. 2. A break from eggs, waffles and pancakes. 3. An grain free alternative to the chocolate oatmeal my boys frequently request. 4. Sweetness and warmth in my belly. While I'm not following all of the GAPS principles right now ... continue reading...
