It has been a while since I have shared my goals for the month with all of you… since September, just a few weeks before Andrew’s birth. And while a break from a major to-do list has been nice the past four months I miss the motivation and encouragement I get when I share my goals with you.
Once again this year I am working on memorizing 1 Peter. Last year the goal was 1 Peter through 3 John. This year I have set a more realistic goal and will be concentrating on 1 Peter alone. I made it through chapter 3 before Andrew was born but I put all memorization work away after his birth and, like not exercising for a while means you lose muscle strength, not going over those three chapters in four months means there isn’t much left of them in my tired brain.
Last year I shared goals in several different categories, while I will still be doing that I may not have a specific goal for each category every month. I’ve been needing to slow down and have a little more down time with the boys.
