This would be the perfect craft for us to do. I know she may be little but I can let her help me pick out the sticks…lol It seems extremely simple to do as well. Thanks for sharing!
I like it! I can imagine cutting off the tip of a baby carrot for the nose. 🙂
The carrot would be perfect! I didn’t even think about using real carrots. You should make one and then show us how much cute it is with the nose. 🙂
What a great project! I may get this ready for the kids that will be at my house over Christmas, so they’ll have something fun to do!
I’m sure it would go much faster that way. Then they could just assemble things. You need to come organize my craft directions lol. 🙂
I think not LOL You did a great job! I was just thinking of handing all the items to them and sending them to my project room when I needed some peace and quiet LOL
Nice..I really like that I idea. Looks simple to make, too!
Thank you.:-) It didn’t take to long, the longest part was sewing the hat.
Very cute idea. We are making a thanksgiving treat next week, and then will give these a try. My toddler lives for crafts and all things to do with the kitchen. Thanks for sharing.
Don’t you just love it when the little ones want to help in the kitchen?
I love the glittery look of the Styrofoam! It really does look like snow. Very cute idea!
Thank you! I was kinda worried when I was painting the balls, because it was a whole lot darker wet. Very relieved that it dried such a light color. 🙂
Very cute. What a fun project for the kids. 🙂

Thanks Lorelai!!!
Now I know what to do with those last couple of styrofoam balls staring at me in the craft closet. Thanks for the idea!
Awesome!! I’m glad you have some already, I about fell over when I seen the price of balls at the store, at least I can make 6 more snowmen. 🙂
These are so cute! I love easy crafts that actually turn out great!
Gosh, it can be an ornament for my Christmas tree. Thanks for sharing.
That’s a great idea Adelin!!! Little mini ones would be so cute!
Funny how things come back around. I remember these from the 60’s. Very cute.
Darn. I thought I was being a super creative person. 🙁 Everything is coming back around I think, the circle of life.
what a great idea, I hear you on the glitter in the house.. hahaha.. I say I vacuum glitter til easter then easter grass til Christmas. nothing like a little ‘bling’ for the snowman though 🙂 love glitter and sparkle in my life 😉
Pine needles too! I’m still vacuuming some up, whenever I decide to vacuum under the couch that is.:-)
You’re hilarious. This is such a cute craft. I think I’ll let my 5 year old do one and see what kind of snowman Picasso he creates 🙂
I would love to see how he decorates it!
I used to make these as a kid. I honestly think that this may be my favorite holiday craft ever! You are too funny, you made an Amish snowman…Lol
What a little cutie that snowman is!
Adorable!!!! And looks super duper easy! Pinning!
Thanks, Carli!!
This looks so cute. I have done this before and loved it! Thanks for sharing!
