Today marks twelve weeks of pregnancy with BabyT#3. I’m giving in to peer pressure and sharing an update of how this pregnancy is going and what is happening at different stages with baby. ๐
This is what my bump looks like after a run or workout:
I think it shows a little better then because of muscle use and relaxation.

Here are my stats:
Weight: I’ve gained between seven and eight pounds so far.
Cravings: Pretty much anything spicy or salty sounds good. Ben is loving all the Mexican we’ve been eating.
Diet and Exercise:
I’m mostly following Trim Healthy Mama a diet plan that separates fats and carbs in meals (most of the time) and eliminates sugar. I still use honey, maple syrup and coconut sugar every once in a while.
As far as exercise I’m running/walking again again and trying to get back into a workout routine.
Sickness: I didn’t have too much morning sickness this time. I was actually just reading an article somewhere that said breastfeeding while pregnant helps some women to avoid morning sickness or have lighter cases.
Favorite Thing Right Now:My Belly Bands. My pants fit in the legs but I can’t button them. The Belly Bands allow me to wear my prepregnancy jeans and keeps them up and they also work to lengthen tops without wearing a cami underneath.
Baby Stats
Length: BabyT#3 is approximately 3 inches long.
Other:
BabyT#3 has sleep and wake cycles. It’s umbilical is now pumping blood and nutrients from me to baby.
Almost to the second trimester!! ๐
