Barbeque Kale Chips
1 bunch of Kale
1-2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2-3 Tablespoons Stubbs Bar-B-Q Spice Rub
Wash and dry your kale if desired. I usually don’t if I know who I am getting it from. Cut the Kale into chip size pieces. Place the pieces into a large bowl. Massage the oil into the kale. Arrange the kale on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle the rub over the leaves. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes watching carefully so that you don’t end up with charcoal.
Devour the entire batch as soon as they are cool… you really don’t have to, but if you don’t your littles will.
THM mommas, I usually count this as an S, just so I can eat as much of the recipe as I want. ๐
